Meow

I waited at least 10 minutes or more for this shot of the tiger. Myself, ATSY & other tourist spend quite some time admiring this fella because he came right up to the glass in front of us and chilled for a bit. All of us tourist also took this opportunity to appreciate that moment because these fellas don't always show themselves at night.

Owls

If you look at the left picture the owl back is facing us and he's also facing us. I sometimes wonder if they get neck cramps.

This was the line to get into the hall for the NIKE clearance sale. We had to wait for an hour to get in eventhough it was well organized.

Route 6 - Roof / BONUS

With the Nikon DSLR camera you can see that at the beginning of route six I'm actually blur in the picture. As I move along the route you can see that I slowly appear clearer. Thanks to ATSY photography skills, you can see the transition.
Well I could have done a lot better as always. I just need to somehow try not to get nervous so that I can read the route carefully. Mental strength is way more important than physical I'd say.
There's gonna be more competitions ahead so will keep participating to overcome this thing called Nervousness!

Route 5

This is the other route which I didn't get the bonus. I should have but guess I didn't read the route carefully. Its all good nevertheless.

Harlequin Shrimp

The Harlequin Shrimp is now officially my favorite of all the micro marine life. Does this picture look like I just got back from some muck diving? Hehe! Just take some time to admire their colors. This is a different color from the previous picture. These awesome shrimps are often seen during muck diving. I have not dived at Lembeh. I know I need to dive there soon to see these magnificent shrimps because its really nothing like being able to see them in the open sea. I will make sure I get some micro shots of them like what you see here. I had to take loads of pictures of these shrimps coz I never expected to see them for the first time in an aquarium. This was a much appreciated moment. Feels so unreal!

Harlequin Shrimp

This Harlequin shrimp actually changed skin in front of us. I don't think I'll ever get to see this again especially in the ocean. This was indeed a rare moment.

Gracie The Dugong

Gracie is the one of the Underwater World's highlights. These are very cute creatures I must say. Gracie also has lotsa character which you can often witness during your visit there.

Upsidedown Jelly Fish

Very interesting.

Black Tip & White Tip Sharks

Sharks are trully the Ferrari of the ocean.
-AA-

Zebra Shark a.k.a. Leopard Shark

Juvenile leopard sharks are known as Zebra sharks because they actually have black and white stripes on them before they grow up.
-AA-

Leopard Shark

Leopard sharks in my opinion are the slickest swimming sharks. The ones we saw while diving at the Similan Islands were way larger of cause but these guys were pretty big as well. I think the underwater world actually managed to breed them coz we saw a baby.

Feeding The Leapord Shark, Stingrays & Giant Garoupa

I was really tempted to pay that $120 to get in there to dive with them coz I really wanted to hug that leopard shark.. arghh! I know I won't be able to do that in the open sea so this was the only option. Well I had to book this 3 days in advance plus I was on a budget trip so maybe next trip =)

Giant Japanese Spider Crab

Bizzare!!!
-AA-

Giant Octopus

Now this is cool. Biggest octopus I've ever seen so far. I can't wait to see one of these huge octopus while diving.
-AA-

Cuttle Fish

These are ATSY's favorites. You'll get to see lots of bubbles coming out of her regulator when she gets to see them.. hehe! They are amazing marine creatures with lots of character. You can actually notice that they are looking at you. They change color when we put our hands on the glass. While diving at the Similan Islands, we had an opportunity to see them change color as we got closer. Looking at them having such perfect buoyancy and being able to reverse effortlessly makes us divers look stupid I tell ya.

Weedy Sea Dragon

Cousin to the sea horse.

Leafy Sea Dragon

I never thought I'd see these leafy sea dragons at the Underwater World at Sentosa. Now I just need to see them in the ocean while diving.
